Skechers U.S.A. Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to design, develop and distribute footwear for men, women and children under the Skechers brand. The Group operates through four segments namely domestic wholesale sales, international wholesale sales, and retail sales and e-commerce sales. The Domestic wholesale segment sells footwear directly to department stores and specialty retail stores. Retail segment owns retail stores both domestically and on a smaller scale, internationally. International wholesale segment includes direct sales to department stores and specialty retail stores through its subsidiaries in Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, the Benelux Region and the United Kingdom. The Group majorly operates in North America and Europe.
