Business Description
Sono-Tek Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and sell ultrasonic liquid atomizing nozzles. The Ultrasonic nozzle systems atomize low to medium viscosity liquids by converting electrical energy into mechanical motion in the form of high frequency ultrasonic vibrations that break liquids into minute drops that can be applied to surfaces at low velocity. The Group's products include SonoFlux 2000F, SonoFlux 2000FP, SonoFlux XL and SonoFlux EZ, SonoFlux Servo, MediCoat and Medicoat II for stent coating, WideTrack and Advanced Energy Applications. It has diversified its product offerings to provide coating systems to medical device manufacturers, to provide precision coating systems for clean energy applications involving fuel cells and solar cells, to provide spray drying systems for nanotechnology applications and to provide wide area industrial precision coating equipment, including the manufacture of float glass, textiles and food products and packaging.
