Sparta Commercial Services, Incorporation. The Groups principal activities are to provide financing programs, primarily to purchasers of new and used motorcycles, scooters and ATVs. The Group's web-based solutions are developed for processing, financing and leasing of new and used powersports vehicles. It offers a private label program, lease and retail installment sales finance contracts to numerous dealerships in powersports industry. The Groups business model includes motorcycles i.e. 550cc and higher, 4-stroke all-terrain vehicles and select scooters. It also offers a police motorcycle leasing program to municipalities.
