Business Description
Sunoco Logistics Partners LP. The Group's principal activities are transportation, terminalling and storage of refined products and crude oil. The Group operates through three segments namely: Eastern pipeline system, Western pipeline system and Terminal facilities. The western pipeline system, purchases, sells and transports crude oil in Oklahoma and Texas. The eastern pipeline system transports refined products in the Northeast and Midwest United States and transports in Ohio and Michigan. The terminal facilities division receives refined products from pipelines and distributes the same. On 01-Mar- 2006, the Group acquired a Texas crude oil pipeline system from affiliates of Black Hills Energy, Inc.
