TC Pipelines, LP. The Group's principal activity is to transport natural gas through its general partner interests in Northern Border Pipeline Co, Tuscarora Gas Transmission Co and Great Lakes Gas Transmission Ltd Partnership. Northern Border Pipeline Company owns a 1,249 mile interstate pipeline system that transports natural gas from the Montana-Saskatchewan border to markets in the Midwestern United States. Tuscarora Gas Transmission Company owns a 240-mile, 20-inch diameter, interstate pipeline system that originates at an interconnection point with facilities of Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation near Oregon and runs southeast through northern California and north western Nevada.
