The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market avionics test equipment for the general and commercial aviation markets and for the government, military aviation markets. It operates in three segments namely: Avionics Government, Avionics Commercial and Marine systems. The Avionics Government segment consists of design, manufacture, and sale of test equipment U.S. and foreign governments and militaries. The Avionics Commercial segment consists of design, manufacture, and sale of test equipment to domestic and foreign airlines and to general aviation repair and maintenance shops. The Marine instrumentation systems segment consists of sales to hydrographic, oceanographic, researchers, engineers, geophysicists and surveyors.
