Business Description
Trico Marine Services, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to provide marine support vessels and related services to the oil and gas industry primarily in the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, Latin America and West Africa. The services provided include transportation of drilling materials, supplies and crews and other offshore facilities; towing drilling rigs and equipment from one location to another and support for the construction, installation, maintenance of offshore facilities. The Group also provides support for deepwater ROV (remotely operated vehicle) and well stimulation and maintenance services. At 31-Dec-2008, the Group had a total fleet of 77 vessels, including seven subsea platform supply vessels, 10 multi-purpose service vessels, seven large capacity platform supply vessels, six large anchor handling, towing and supply vessels, 38 supply vessels, three crew boats, five subsea trenching and protection vessels, and one line handling vessel.
