Business Description
US Bioenergy Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to produce and market ethanol and distillers grains. Ethanol is a clean-burning, renewable fuel made from an agricultural product, corn. Distillers' grains are co-products of corn-based ethanol that are used as animal feed. Through its subsidiary UBE Services, it provides grain procurement, risk consulting and facilities management services to third-party ethanol producers. In Feb-2007 the Group formed Big River Grinnell LLC (Grinnell) a joint venture company with Big River Resources.
