Business Description
U.S. Precious Metals, Incorporation. The Group's principal activity is to acquire, explore and develop mineral properties in Mexico. It is focussed to acquire prospective mineral properties, principally gold and silver. The Group has acquired exploration concessions to certain mineral properties known as Solidaridad I, Solidaridad II, Solidaridad III, Solidaridad IV and Solidaridad V located in Michoacan, Mexico. The economic feasibility of the Group depends on the commercially exploitable mineral deposits or reserves exist on the Solidaridad Properties. The Group is in the Development stage.
