Business Description
Vasomedical, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market and support Enhanced External Counterpulsation system (EECP). EECP systems based on proprietary technology currently indicated for use in cases of stable and unstable angina (chest pain), congestive heart failure (CHF), acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) and cardiogenic shock. The products of the Group are sold to treatment providers in the United States through a direct sales force. The Group also provides hospitals, clinics and physician private practices with EECP equipment, treatment guidance and a staff training and equipment maintenance program designed to provide optimal patient outcomes. The Group distributes its product internationally through a network of independent distributors.
