Business Description
Ventas Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to own and lease healthcare-related and senior housing facilities. At 31-Mar-2009, the portfolio consisted of 507 seniors housing communities, 243 skilled nursing facilities, 40 hospitals and 31 medical office and other properties in 43 states.
