Business Description
Veritec, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to develop, market and sell a line of microprocessor based on encoding and decoding systems. Its products utilize Matrix Symbology technology, a two-dimensional barcode technology. The Group's encoding and decoding systems allow a manufacturer, distributor, reseller or user of products to create and apply unique identifiers to the products in the form of a coded symbol. The coded symbol containing the binary encoded data applied to the product enables automated manufacturing control, together with identification, tracking, and collection of data through cameras, readers and scanners. It has also developed a Secured Identification System, which enables the storage of images, biometric information and data for contemporaneous verification of an individual's unique identity. Its registered trademark is VeriSecure. The Group operates in the United States, Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
