W.P. Carey & Co LLC. The Group's principal activity is to provide real estate advisory and investment services. It operates in two segments: Real Estate Ownership and Investment Management. Real Estate Ownership: Includes the operations of properties under operating lease and direct financing leases, real estate under construction and development, assets held for sale and equity investments in joint ventures. Investment Management: provides advisory services to the CPA(R) REITs.
