Business Description
W.P. Carey & Co LLC. The Group's principal activities are to provide real estate advisory and investment services. The Group invests primarily in commercial properties that are each triple-net leased to single corporate tenants, domestically and internationally. It also provides asset management services to the Corporate Property Associates, series of publicly held non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts ( CPA (R) REITs).
