Business Description
White Electronic Designs Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to design, develop and manufacture innovative microelectronic and display components and systems for inclusion in high technology products used in the military, industrial, and commercial markets. The Group operates through two segments: Microelectronic and Display. The microelectronic segment manufactures semiconductor multi-chip packaged products primarily for memory storage. The display segment serves a number of markets with products and solutions that are incorporated into tablet PCs, global positioning systems, automated teller machines, point-of-service ("POS") order confirmation displays, home appliances, consumer electronics, medical devices, outdoor displays, military and commercial avionics and various other military applications. The Group's customers are military prime contractors in the United States and Europe.
