Apco Oil and Gas International Incorporated Formerly known as Apco Argentina Inc. The Company's principal activities are exploring for and producing oil and gas with interests in seven oil and gas concessions and one exploration permit in Argentina. It is active in four of the five principal producing basins in Argentina. Its core assets are located in the Neuguen basin in the provinces of Rio Negro and Neuquen. The Group also has exploration and production activities in Salta, Tierra del Fuego and Chubut. At 14-July-2009, the Group changed its corporate name from Apco Argentina Inc. to Apco Oil and Gas International Inc.
