American Plast S.A.. The Company's principal activity is manufacturing plastic containers. It has four divisions namely: Industry: Manufacturing and supplying containers for the food and dairy industries, offering a product line with various volumes and shapes for product applications such as yogurt, cheese, cream, desserts, margarine, jelly, ice cream, etcetera; Food Service: Supplying packaging solutions to fast food chains, beverage companies, vending and mineral water companies, and distributors and wholesalers; Export: Supplying containers through its businesses in Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Brazil, the United States, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Syria; and Product Catalog: Selling from catalog all the containers, covers, lids, trays and cups. Products are thermoformed and injected in polystyrene, polypropylene and polypaper.
