Business Description
Hirsch Servo AG. The Group's principal activity is the processing of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and the manufacturing of machine tools, presentation systems and insulating materials. The Group mainly operates through two segments: EPS Processing and Machinery & Plant Engineering. EPS Processing is engaged in the processing of expandable polystyrene and expandable polypropylene into components for a range of applications. Its products are primarily used for protective packaging, construction, insulating materials and the manufacture of protective equipment, such as crash helmets. The EPS Processing segment encompasses the Packaging and Insulation divisions. The Machinery and Plant Engineering division produces and distributes machinery for processing EPS to markets such as the packaging, construction, food and electronics industries.
