Business Description
Atrium European Real Estate Limited Formerly known as Meinl European Land Limited. The Group's principal activity is the investment in real estate properties in Eastern Europe. The Group was created from a Spin Off of the real estate properties of the Julius Meinl Group. The Property portfolio in December 2006 consisted of 157 properties with a rental area of 873 thousand square meters, predominantly retail properties. The properties were situated in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania and Russia.
