Business Description
IPTE - Integrated Production & Test Engi. The Group's principal activities are carried out through two divisions: Production and Test Automation division and Contract-Manufacturing division. Production and Test Automation division consists of the development and manufacture of production systems to be integrated into completely automated production and assembly lines for the electronics industry (includes test equipment for printed circuit board, design and integration of complete production lines). Contract-manufacturing division operates as a contract manufacturing and services company for the electronic industry (includes production of cables, cable harnesses, printed circuit board assembly and testing). The Group has clients from the telecommunications, electronics, automotive, medical, computer and domestic appliance industries. The Group operates mainly in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden and the United States. In 2008, it acquired Platzgummer GmbH and TAF3.
