Colabor Group Incorporation Formerly known as Colabor Income Fund. The Group's principal activity is to distribute and market food, food-related and non-food products in Canada. It operates through two segments: Wholesale and Distribution. The Wholesale segment's sales consist of food, food-related and non-food products that it purchases and supplies to wholesale distributors that, in turn, distribute the products to over 25,000 customers operating in the retail or foodservice market segments in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
