Business Description
Xceed Mortgage Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide single family residential mortgage finances to non-traditional customers who are unable to satisfy the strict underwriting criteria of traditional mortgage lenders. It provides mortgage financing to areas not financed by traditional lenders in the residential mortgage financing market. The Group focuses on providing mortgage financing to borrowers with credit quality scores slightly below that required by major banks. The Group generates business primarily from two sources: Mortgage brokers and Financial institution referrals. Mortgages are currently originated through a large mortgage broker network. The financial institutions, such as banks, credit unions and trust companies, generate most of the mortgage volume through their branch banking and mortgage specialist networks. The Group operates mainly in Canada.
