Xantrex Technology, Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and market advanced power electronic products. It is organized into four segments: Renewable Power, Portable Power, Mobile Power and Programmable Power. The Group's technology is based on power semiconductor chip technologies, compact, efficient high frequency power switching circuits and proprietary software-based control technology. The Group has foreign operations in United States. On 12-Mar-2007, the Group acquired Elgar Holdings Inc and Elgar Electronics Corporation.
