Business Description
Altus Group Income Fund. The Group's principal activities are to provide real estate consulting and advisory services in Canada. It operates through four segments: Research Valuation and Advisory (RVA), Cost, Realty Tax and Geomatics. RVA performs real estate valuations, litigation support and real estate related services. Cost provides construction cost and capital budget services to the development and construction industries and financial institutions. Realty Tax performs realty tax assessment reviews and appeals, and assists with realty tax compliance filings. Geomatics provides advanced geomatics solutions including geographic information systems, digital mapping, remote sensing, 3-D laser scanning and orthophoto maps. During 2008, the Group acquired HealthTrust Canada ULC, Geocom Recherche Inc, 2038951 Ontario Ltd, Andrews Group, Commercial Data Solutions Corp, Edwin Hill, Capital Planning Solutions Inc, Harfan Technologies Inc, Crape Geomatics Corporation.
