Business Description
EnGlobe Corporation Formerly known as Environmental Management Solutions Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to provide environmental remediation services, products and solutions. It provides solutions to municipal, commercial and industrial clients. The Group operates in three segments: Site Assessment and Remediation (SAR), Organic Waste Management (OWM) and Tank Testing and Calibration. The SAR segment comprises of environmental contracting, off site treatment and recycling of contaminated soil and remediation of contaminated or degraded sites. The OWM segment provides environmental services including land application, composting or disposal of organic waste and eco product sales. The Tank Testing and Calibration segment includes storage tank precision leak testing, statistical inventory reconciliation, compliance testing and facility compliance and tank systems audits across Canada. It provides services to the customers in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
