Business Description
A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund. The Group's principal activity is to own the A&W trademarks, which it licenses to A&W Food Services of Canada in exchange for royalty payments equal to a percentage of sales from A&W restaurants. During Feb, 2009 the Group completed the reorganization of the Fund and its subsidiary, Trade Marks. The reorganization involves the creation of a limited partnership, A&W Trade Marks Limited Partnership (TMLP), in which Trade Marks has 99.9% interest and A&W Food Services of Canada Inc, (Food Services) has 0.1% interest.
