Business Description
Hartco Incorporated Formerly known as Hartco Income Fund. The Group's principal activities are to provide integrated computer solutions. It operates in two segments: Commercial and Distribution and Franchising. The Commercial segment includes the business activities operated by the Fund's limited partnerships under the names of Metafore LP (Metafore), Solutions Technologiques Dorval LP (Microserv), and those of a MicroAge franchise. The Distribution and Franchising segment includes the Fund's distribution activities operated by Hartco Limited Partnership, as well as the franchising of businesses that sell a broad range of IT products and services to private and public sector organizations of every size. Franchises operate within business networks under the banners of Metafore, MicroAge, Microserv and Northwest Digital, which together include more than 60 locations from coast to coast.
