Business Description
Strongco Income Fund. The Group's principal activities are to provide multi-line equipment distribution in Canada. The Group operates through two business segments: Equipment distribution and Engineered systems. The Equipment Distribution segment sells and rents new and used equipment and provides after-sale customer support to customers that operate in infrastructure, construction, mining, oil and gas exploration, forestry and industrial markets. The Engineered Systems segment designs, manufactures, sells, installs and services dry bulk material handling equipment, including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, idlers, feed milling and grain handling equipment and their related assemblies. On 20-Mar-2008, the Group acquired Champion Business of Volvo Canada by Strongco LP.
