Business Description
Top 10 Split Trust. The Group's principal activity is to invest in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of common shares issued by corporations that rank in the top 50 of the Standard & Poor's 100 Index on the basis of market capitalization. Its securities comprising the portfolio may also include instalment receipts for common shares and securities convertible into or exchangeable for common shares to generate additional returns above the dividend income earned on the portfolio, the Group writes covered call and put options on some of the securities held in the portfolio. The Group is managed by Mulvihill Fund Services Inc and the investment manager is Mulvihill Capital Management Inc.
