Business Description
Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund (THE). The Group principal activity is to rents water heaters and other assets primarily to residential customers. It is an unincorporated open-ended trust established with an unlimited number of trust units. The Group Fund operates its business of renting water heaters, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and related assests to residential and commercial customers in Ontario. In August 2008, the Group acquired Stratacon Inc. (Stratacon), providing smart sub-metering and other services and equipments to residents in apartment buildings and condominiums in Ontario and Alberta.
