Business Description
TSC Offshore Group Limited Formerly known as Emer International Group Limited. The Group's principal activity is providing products and services for onshore and offshore drilling industries. Its products include drilling equipment, mechanical handling equipment, solid control equipment, rig control & drives, jacking system & rack material, tensioning system, compensation systems, and drilling cabin for various offshore rigs, including jack up rigs, semi-submersible rigs, drill ships, fixed platform rigs, and TLP platform rigs. The Group provides turnkey solutions for both new build and upgrade rigs. Oilfield supply chain solution includes rig expendables and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operation) supplies for both onshore and offshore rig operations. Other activities include designing and building offshore deck cranes for drilling rigs and production platforms and providing consultancy services. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, North America, South America, Europe Singapore and other countries.
