Business Description
H&H International Aktieselskabet. The Group's principal activities are the development, production and marketing of building materials, including aircrete products and aircrete systems. The Group operates through only one segment, Celcon. The products of the Group are marketed as system solutions for solid aircrete buildings, and partly as components in the form of blocks, wall and floor elements and multi blocks (multiplader) for interiors. The major customers of the Group include contractors, developers and builders. The Group has operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. In 2006, the Group acquired two Polish aircrete factories.
