Business Description
Arhus Elite A/S. The Group's principal activity is the management of the professional sports activities. The Group's activities are conducted by six divisions: the AGF Fodbold division, responsible for the management of a professional football club; the Media and Event Activities division, conducting sports and entertainment events; the Arhus Elite Dance division, cooperating with professional dancers; the Arhus Elite Floorball division, responsible for the floorball club Team Arhus floorball; AGF Football Talent School, supporting local football players and the Arhus Elite Stadion Fysioterapi division. The Group is operational through a number of subsidiaries and affiliates, such as wholly owned Atletion A/S and Arhus Elite Event ApS, 90%-owned Arhus Elite Display Rental ApS, 80%-owned Arhus GF A/S and Bakken Bears ApS, among others. Sport accounted for 74% of fiscal 2008/09 revenues; Catering services/events, 17% and Facilities, 9%.
