Business Description
Ramirent Oyj. The Group's principal activities are to rent and lease machinery and equipment used in construction sites. The Group's products are construction machinery, personnel hoists, scaffolding, formwork, portable spacial units, on-site electrical and heating systems and tower cranes. It also provides related planning, erection, transportation and advisory services. The group operates in five segments: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Ramirent Europe. Its main customers are construction companies, installation companies, industrial plants, shipyards, national and local authorities and private individuals. In 2007 the Group acquired Maskinuthyrning i Stockholm AB and Pm Material ApS.
