Poyry Oyj. The Group's principal activity is to provide consulting, investment planning and implementation, maintenance and operation improvement services. The Group operates in three segments: Forest Industry, Energy and Infrastructure and Environment. Forest Industry offers engineering and project implementation services for pulp and paper industry projects, maintenance engineering, advice on forest industry strategies and investment banking. Energy provides services for entire energy projects, from strategic planning, project development and implementation to power plant operations and maintenance services. Infrastructure and Environment offers consulting and engineering, building and project management services and maintenance expertise. The Group operates in the Nordic countries, Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Other countries. The Group acquired Consilier Construct S.R.L, Arket Oy, Geopale Oy, Shanghai Kang Hong Construction Ltd, ETT Proyectos in 2008.
