Business Description
Geodis SA. The Group's principal activity is to provide services and monitor all or part of the supply chain. Its services include distribution (groupage and express), logistics, transport of part and full loads, land, air and sea freight forwarding and reverse logistics. Groupage includes express distribution of goods in all of the main European countries under brand names calberson, Cavewood, Extand, FAT, France Express, Samson Transport, Teisa and Zust-Ambrosetti). Full and Partial Loads include road transport of general and hazardous goods in full vehicle loads under brand names that include Calberson Logistique, Geodis Logistics and Tailleur Industrie. The Group also provides air and sea transport, along with port activities as well as special project through Calberson Projects, Setcargo and Somap. It operates in Europe, Asia, Africa and Mexico. In 2007, the Group acquired TNT Freight Management (Wilson). On 03-Jan-2008, the Group acquired Rohde & Liesenfeld (R & L).
