Business Description
VM Materiaux(VM). The Group's principal activities are the manufacture, retail and distribution of building materials through the following divisions: Material Trading, Joinery Works and Concrete Industry. Under Material Trading, the Group provides technical advice, product availability, logistics and transport for materials in specific fields. Under Joinery Works, the Group produces industrial frames and markets a range of PVC, aluminium or wooden joinery, as well as Eden front doors. Under Concrete Industry, the Group manufactures and distributes ready-to-use industrial concrete mixes. The Group operates in its domestic market. In 2008, the Group acquired HM Materiaux, LM Guadeloupe, LM West Indies, Brico Leader, LM Martinique, Groupe Immo Athimat, VM China, Best Kind, Codipac, San Xiang Da, L Diffusion and BTP Charpentes.
