Cybernetix. The Group's principal activity is to provide robotics and automation solutions. The Group operates under four major segments, Industry, Defense and Security, Oil and gas and Nuclear. Under Industry, the Group offers solutions related to X-ray inspection of tires and pharmaceutical products. The Group also offers industrial equipment for automatic non destructive testing. Under Defense and Security, the Group offers a complete range of services from engineering to design and manufacturing of equipment in small series, in particular for airborne vision systems. Under Oil and Gas, the Group offers services in the field of under water structure, pipelines and flow lines and process equipment. Under Nuclear, the Group offers robotic systems for interventions in nuclear and hostile environments such as maintenance, inspection, repair, Clean-up and dismantling/deconstruction. The Group operates in Europe, Asia and the United States. In Dec-2008 it acquired CyXplus.
