Naturex. The Group's principal activity is to produce and sell plant extracts. The Group operates under five major segments, Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, Food ingredients, Raw materials and Pharmaceuticals. Under Nutraceutical, the Group offers food supplements in the form of powder, gels and capsules. Under Cosmetics and food ingredients, the Group offers natural plant extracts such as flavoring, colouring and preservatives used in the cosmetic and food industry. Under Raw materials, the Group offers aromatic products. Under Pharmaceuticals, the Group offers specific natural plant extracts for pharmaceutical industry. The Group works with the biotechnological industries and the extraction is done as per the industry need. The Group operates in France, Morroco, the United States and Italy. In 2008, the Group acquired the division of Actif Innovants and Scalime Nutrition.
