GL Events. The Group's principal activity is to design, coordinate and host all kinds of events. Services include advice on organization backed up by market studies and expertise in event coordination. Other services include general contracting, lighting, sound, audiovisuals, furniture, stands, structures, grandstands, data base management, reception and hosting and floral decoration. Venue management includes providing of convention centers, exhibition centers and concert halls. The Group is also involved in the creation, rental, sale and installation of material and equipment. The Group operates in Spain, Belgium, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Greece, Malaysia, Dubai, the United States, the United Kingdom and Portugal. In 2008, the Group acquired Traiteur Loriers, Aedita Latina, Sodes Inc.
