Business Description
H&R Wasag AG. The Group's principal activities are to produce raw materials, chemicals, precision-moulded plastics, pharmaceuticals and plastics. The Group's operations are carried out through two divisions: Chemical/Pharmaceutical Raw Materials and Precision Plastics. The Chemical/Pharmaceutical Raw Materials division produces oil-based specialty products. The products include medical and technical white oils, paraffins, plasticizers, distillates and base oils. The Precision plastic division produces precision plastic parts for companies supplying parts to the automotive industry and to medical and electrical engineering companies. The Group operates in Germany, Rest of Europe and Rest of the World. The Group acquired H&R WAX Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and GAUDLITZ Precision s.r.o. during the year 2007.
