Business Description
Renk AG(RENK). The Group' principal activity is to manufacture specialty gears, components of propulsion technology and test systems. The Group has four divisions: vehicle transmissions, driving elements, special-purpose propulsion system and broad-use propulsion systems. The vehicle transmissions division manufactures tracked vehicle transmissions. Driving elements produces slide bearings, as well as flexible couplings and electric machine bearings. The special-purpose propulsion division constructs bull gears for marine and specific stationary applications. The Broad-use propulsion systems division specializes in products for general industrial and large marine gear units and in couplings of various design types. In addition, The Group manufactures testing rigs for the development, manufacture and quality assurance of products from the automotive, railway and aircraft industry. The Group operates in Germany, European Union, Asia, America and other European countries.
