Business Description
Wanderer-Werke AG. The Group's principal activity is that of a Holding Company for a group, which manufactures machinery and paper packaging for the textile industry. The Group's operations are carried out through two divisions: Mailroom Management division and Packaging Materials division. The Mailroom Management division includes card delivery systems, software for the supervision and networking of different Mailroom systems and locations. The Packaging Materials division manufactures crepe paper packaging for the textile industry and bitumen packaging that is used as insulation covers for cables. The Group's Kittel Supplier GmbH, a specialty provider of metal components for automobile bodies and interiors, including a range of specifically designed alloys, filed for insolvency on December 19, 2008 and discontinued its operations within the Group. The Group operates in Germany, Europe, the United States and Canada, among others.
