Business Description
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG. The Group's principal activity is construction and operation of solar power plants and installations. The Group operates through four business segments. Project Planning and Plant Construction segment encompasses project development, construction and operation of small and large photovoltaic plants. The segment Partner Sales concentrates on targeted international sales and distribution through partners in Germany, Spain, Italy and France. In the Group's third segment, Plant Operations and Services, it offers customers plant operation services and monitoring based on weather data safer'Sun, as well as related services and deliveries of weather data itself. In the fourth segment Power Production, the Company maintains 70 photovoltaic facilities in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Spain, either directly or through subsidiaries and holdings.
