Business Description
Foris AG(FORIS). The Group's principal activity is the financing of civil lawsuits for people who want to conduct a lawsuit, but who cannot or do not want to bear the often high risk of lawsuit costs, for sums of more than 50,000 in litigation. The Group assumes all lawsuit costs and in return receives 20 - 30% of the lawsuit proceeds, depending on the amount involved.
