Business Description
Jaxx AG Formerly known as Fluxx AG. The Group's principal activities are developing and designing computer applications for the Internet and related services such as advertising, e-commerce and communication. The Group has two main market segments: Gambling Products and Services and Gambling consumer sales. Gambling consumer sales offers an on-line gambling site including access to the German lottery. The Gambling products and services focuses on corporate clients. It is in turn divided into two segments: New Communication, which includes marketing, communication, advertisement, media, public relations and design and E-Production, which includes consulting, design conception and programming for on-line and traditional applications in the Internet and on CD-ROM. The Group has three domestic subsidiaries.
