Ersol Solar Energy AG. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and distribution of photovoltaic products (generating electricity from solar energy). The Group operates through the following four segments: Solar Cells, Modules, Wafer and Silicon. Solar Cells: Develops and produces multi and monocrystalline silicon solar cells. Modules: Active in the field of trading in solar modules and inverters and other components required for the setting up solar energy systems. Wafers: Produces and sells silicon ingots and wafers in a monocrystralline from which are used as preliminary products for the manufacturing of Solar Cells. Silicon: Specialises in the recycling of silicon, covers silicon for solar and semiconductor applications, metallurgical grade silicon products and support products. The Group has operations in Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.
