Zaab Energy Ag. The Company's principal activity is the production of gas and oil. The Company's core areas of activity include the exploration, production and sale of hydrocarbon resources, such as oil, gas condensate and natural gas; the production and export of timber; portfolio investments in undervalued Russian companies that have significant potential of growth, and venture capital projects. It focuses its oil and gas operations in Ciscaucasia region in Russia, including Krasnodar territory, Republic of Kalmykia and Stavropol Territory, but is also active in Yemen and Libya. It purchases exploration rights for oil and gas bearing blocks, as well as buys secondary market oil and gas assets. The Company's recoverable resources in three of five license blocks amount to 815 million barrels/112 million tons of oil and oil equivalent. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
