Business Description Oracle Financial Services Software Limited Formerly known as I-Flex Solutions Ltd. The Group's principal activity is to provide information technology solutions to the financial service industry. The Group operates in three segments: Products, Services and KPO Services. The Product licenses segment deals with banking software products like the FLEXCUBE suite of products, Reveleus, Microbanker and Daybreak which cater to needs of corporate, retail and investment banking as well as treasury operations and datawarehousing requirements. It also includes enhancements, implementation and maintenance activities. The IT solutions and consulting services comprise of bespoke software development, provision of computer software solutions and related consulting services arising from such activities. Knowledge Processing Services comprise business process outsourcing services for mortgage industry. On 02-July-2007, the Group acquired i-flex solutions S A, Castek Software Inc and Flexcel International Private Ltd.
