Business Description
Gateway Distriparks Limited. The Group's principal activity is to provide port related logistics support services in India. It operates in four segments namely Container Freight Station, Rail Transportation, Road Transportation and Other Operating. The Container Freight Station segment comprise with services of handling and temporary storage of import and export laden and empty containers and cargo carried under customs control. The Rail Transportation segment includes transportation of import / export / Domestic laden and empty containers by rail under concession agreement with Indian Railways. The Road Transportation segment includes transport of laden and empty containers by trailers to various locations in India by roads. The Other Operating Segments includes storage facilities at cold stores at various locations in India. The Group owns and operates 15 container trains and 235 road trailers covering various domestic/export and import routes across India.
