Business Description
Pt Kmi Wire And Cable Tbk Formerly known as PT GT Kabel Indonesia Tbk. The Company's principal activity is manufacturing more than 2,000 types and size of cables including low voltage power cable, medium voltage power cable, telephone cable, instrument/ control cables and other special types of cable. New products include flexible cable, data & instrument cable, fire resistant cable, flame retardation cable and thermal aluminium cable. It also produces bare conductors made of copper, aluminium and aluminium alloy, that are primarily used for overhead or aerial power transmission and distribution. The Company supplies power cables to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), the state owned electricity company and telephone cables to PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (PT Telkom). The Company markets its products domestically and internationally, including Asia, Europe and Australia.
